  7. Ike, its a plywood, I suppose it's soft on the insides but the covering is a oak type hard wood . I should take a close up of the woodcut.i really like this kind to cut! Thanks for s asking, that will satisfy my curiosity too.

Wow Marge , this is nothing in speed compared to when i was outside at the tire store for two years,10 hours a day for something to do i enjoyed/ the dewalt was basically left on max speed to cut things . My counter piled up quickly trying to drum up business of different things each day.That's where the box numbers came in box # 1 thru Box #14? i forgot what it went up to!

  15. Thanks Marge , the chihuahua was so cute i want one for myself,i love to do crosses as they look simple but close thin cuttings the blade always wants to cross the line into the next hole

Delano,lone wolf i have a few star of David things floating around here as they are multi pieces and difficult to get right angles to finish them , and then things fall on them and i have to struggle to find all the pieces if ever.I need to stop doing the stars as there way to complicated to keep track of before i can finish them ,a few went to the round file as they fell to many times, enough is enough
  17. Dan somebody interrupted me while I was cutting and the cross bounced on the saww and broke in 4 pieces, but ca glue took care of that and paint will hide the seams too!
  18. Ralph, you know me better than i do.i hate to leave home because i find too many things to waste my time doing it's tough getting back to the shop.I know this to before i leave , but you get stir crazy not taking leave sometimes ,got to flirt you know.!

  23. Thanks DON, i haven't done ornaments in years. i had a scrap pile deep of 1/8" wood perfect size for them but a move just about put me on the street .
