    Thank you for the compliments,I will tell my Wife you liked the frame,she will be flattered. Did ok at the Flea Market this being the end of the month,and a Holiday wknd,not to much buyers out today. Maybe better luck Monday. Thanks again.

    I have a Dremel,I use it freehand,when I,m setting at the saw and noticed I missed a hole.I reach over grab my Dremel and drill my hole.

    I have my sander next to my window and a fan behind it.Works Great,until Winter sets in,,Then I try not to do much sanding.

    I have had that happen to my work many times,I buy 1/4 plywood from my local lumber comp, I have found out that one side seems to be glued better than the other side,I have yet to ask them where they get there plywood.I bought a sheet of BB, it wasn't any better than the regular 1/4 plywood.

    I just had to do it.I worked on the pattern for awhile, got it done, looked at it for several weeks ,and now that I,m back in my shop making dust, I said go for it. I cut the frame that had the words on it,but I didn't allow room at the bottom.they covered Lee,s mouth.so I took my dermel tool and cut them off.wont be making that mistake again.
