    Hi Traceguy, I to like to sit looking down on the workpeice, but some scrollers sit infront of the saw and look at about a 45 deg angle, saw a picture of Flying Dutchman Mike at his saw and he seems to sit very low. what ever suits you is right for you.......Geoff3
