Thanks Kepy i have taken on board what you have said and will stack them up when cutting, actually i preferred to do this as i am used to cutting thicker stuff.

hi i recently bought a couple of Harley patterns from Sue Mey , and i want to cut they out using 6mm ply. Now i usually do my cutting on 1/2 inch Oak, Iroko, spalted beech or Maple so i am not used to cutting thin stuff, what baldes do you recommend and do you advise cutting 2 pieces together. Many thanks

just to say hi, been looking around the forum and there is definitely a bunch of talented folks here, look forward to joining in with you all. Not been scrolling for long, had the saw some time but stopped using it, now i cant get enough of it (time permitting) Made a few names and assorted bits and pieces but nothing too stunning, hope to rectify that shortly though. steve
