  18. A woman in town asked me if I could/would try to finish up a project her husband started but passed away to cancer before he could finish it. I finally got it finished this evening. Here are the before and after pic. I did not make the wheel just finish it of best I could. Paint it and cut out the boat parts to put on it. I cut pieces and filled in the open spots on the back to make look better. And thanks to grampa Paul for doing the boat pattern for me greatly appreciated. Todd
  19. It was smooth but when I spray varnished it,it came out like that.
  20. I don't know what the font is sorry.
  21. Finished this piece up few days ago. Thanks to Paul (grampa) for the great pattern. It's 16x20 made for 1/2" plywood.
  22. If it's the excalibur 21 or 30 its to adjust the upper blade holder arm to get the maximum up and down movement from it. Why it was there in the first place was to extend the the arm length from the excalibur 16 too the 21 or 30 with out having to change out the full assembly. That same part broke on mine as will and had to replace it then the bolt in in kept breaking. Got so bad I had extra bolts on hand all the time. Eventually had to change out the full assembly no problems since..
  23. Little Halloween light box I did few years ago.
  24. Thanks for all the information.
  25. No I have most of the bears changed out now I need the speed control. I've delt with Ray at seyco before great Bunch to deal with but I was wondering if there was somewhere in canada to get parts so I wouldn't have to deal with the exchange rate and customs..
