  1. Here are the "before" pictures...
  2. Thanks for the warm welcome. The scroll saw is currently all apart and I am painting it up nice...it's amazing what a coat of paint will do for an old saw...all iron... I hope to have my blades sometime in the next week and will hopefully have the thing up and running. I'll keep you all posted and try to upload a couple pictures next
  3. Did you ever get any good blades for your Atlas scroll saw? I just bought a "new" old Atlas 24" Jig/Scroll Saw off Cr*igslist...and have only found blades (6") on Eb*y. Let me know how your situation worked out
  4. Hello all, I am just getting into scroll woodworking... I just picked up an old Atlas 24" Jig/scroll saw for $50. Boy is it heavy! I am ordering 6" blades off Ebay... so I haven't done any work yet. Is anyone else using old iron for scroll work? Do any of you own/use an Atlas scroll saw? Thanks for any info, I look forward to learning more from you all~ Best Regards
