    I didn't, I gave it to him not stained. The stained looking one is the org. grip. May have to make the other side then we will just clear coat them.

    I took him the new grip today and we put it on his pistol and it fit perfect. He asked me to make another set. He wants to have my grips on the pistol so he can shoot the pistol a few times. He also told me the pistol is going in a shadow box, and is going to put the orginal grips in the case with the pistal. Made one happy client. Thank you all for the wonderful comments.

    I had a client today asking me to make a new stock for his 1859 pistol. I fixed his broken one and made a new stock anyways. I am going to talk him into putting the org. stock back on the pistol. The new stock will take away the value of the pistol.

    Thank you Mr. Bob. Now my wife wants one of here sister Hers is KKY 8-10-56 --- 8-18-15 My wife's sister was murdered in Aug. of last year. Everybody here is still pretty messed up over it. But anyways Bob thank you so much for helping me!! Steve

    Made the skull from a pattern on Google. Made like a shadow box and glued the frame to the box with a light on the back of it. There is a piece of plexi glass in there that is red. My camera doesn't take that good of photo's. Steve
