  1. I used pine for the base and cross hairs and oak plywood for the deer. Stained it natural and then clear coated it.
  2. My very first scroll saw project. No where near perfect but it's a good start. Would like to say that you for Steve Good for his free patterns. http://www.scrollsawworkshop.blogspot.com/ Red
  3. So were is a good place to buy clock inserts for clock projects? Red
  4. I was wondering if anybody had this saw and if it was a good one? Thanks Red
  5. Well I'm leaning towards the Craftsman 16'' Variable Speed Scroll Saw (21602) . What are the types of blades I will want to have on hand at all times? Are there bad blades to stay away from? Thanks for the help! Red
  6. I'm new to scrolling. Recently myself and my kids have gotten into wood projects and I want to learn more. Currently I'm active duty Navy. So looking forward to getting my first saw and completing my first project so if there are any tips, or advice I'd love to hear them. Red
  7. I'm wanting to get into scroll sawing and have no clue what to look for in a saw. The only thing I know is I am a beginner in scroll sawing and that I have to transfer about every three years or so so it can't be a huge saw. Thanks for inputs!! Red
