  7. Doc I use Hobby Craft own make they sell re-positional I use to stick patterns and permanent spray glue to stick ply to ply etc. Roly

  21. Jerry when I make an outside sign I would always use hardwood 1" thick and use a wood sealant followed by three coats of yacht varnish. Roly
