Between Lung cancer and 63 yrs. of smoking ,giving me COPD and cancer .the last yr. has been a bitch .cancer has been cured so I am told ,COPD is a different situation. Desires are finally back ,abilities .day by day . Over six months ago Major ,health issues beset me,one after another in a contineous cycle ! Wobbling heart ,pace maker-defibulator then Lung cancer Kemo -and radiation ,major reactions ,cateracts one removed one this week ,Cancer scans crystal clear final radiation next week prognosis great effects waining ,not a happy topic ,never spent such misery every day in my life ,Copd has not helped either .I have not been on computer since till yester day 6435 e-mails to work thru ,have missed everybody back soon saw has also been I dle cateracts visibility shot upall at once in the chain .missed you all back soon ,Carl

Pete ,I apoligize to everyone ,especially you for my not responding to your post,your super pictures of your vac system,I have had six plus months of health issues from cancer to cateracts to kemo and radation pace maker and defib install intertwined along with COPD left me not fit company ,It's been a hell of a ride and a miserable journey ,just now getting back my strength and don't count me out yet ,The Lord hasn't given up on me yet ,I hope you won't either, Praise be the name of the Lord!!Later Carl

Like most things in scrolling set ups are indivual ,mines tilted just not that much ,but I sit .what works for you is the best way to set up!

The word (Pitchy wood ) should be you first clue ,althought does add character all of you with any bellows blowers ought to understand , the other problems of sight and free scents also achieved from it's use ,as well as the mess involved ,personally ,my use of contact paper under the pattern usually over a shelach sealed blank cures all issues .I avoid wood with resin load or pitch except for special apps. and turn up the vac. That's my two cent's worth and we all know what their worth !

More likely clamp pressure ,ease off on the clamp ,you need the tension more and a lighter touch .machine speed less issue than hand control ,both ways ! CARL! Thin blades can not stand flexing (no back bone ) !

Spirals require great balance to proform well too,errors of any kind are more dangerous on a bike ,you can be dead right on a bike especially around here!Good job with the mermaid !

Sorry !since I made my saw DUST FREE and moved into my in house shop aka computer room it,s-7-365 ! Just a thought ,if I go to the big shop is early for same reason !

The wasted time is caused by the use of too rigid incorrect tubing such as water hose used for pumps and pools ,there are a lot of incorrect assumptions made from short cuts tried and the differences used with negative pressure versus positive , blower, fans bellows .fish pumps ,hair dryers ,There are a lot of differences with using plumbing fitting Y's ,tees and bulky ,contraptions ,expensive filter blowers ,fenwal couplings ,bulky ,funnel adaptors octopus arrangements and lack of cfm . distances from dust sources ,reguardless ,of actual effeciencies and actual amount of actual dust collected and piping rat nests created ,blocking use ,saw and area around saw , I suppose some feel the limited benefits are worth these limitations while still having to use ,filters fans and still having to use masks and still having dust all over are worth the expense andplumbing nightmares . I have yet to hear any say any are (Dust Free) ! The combination of the wrong stuff took a long time to work out ,some will never be satisfied ,some are easily satisfied and still have a mess on and all around their saw ,some are happy with just the blower and all the dust , all you have to do is look at the pictures to see which is which , wasted time comments from the the dustiest and cluttered shops are remarkable . Please don't scoff till You actually have some thing that is (Dust free) and is user friendly .Well that's my rant for the day ,Peace and fun for everyone !

There sure are a lot of choices to choose from You,should be able to find the one right for you and your lay out ,even Steve ,Go,ods got a new one ,with blowers ,Shop vac,fans filters funnel,and ear muffs .
