a customer asked me if i could make a beehive birdhouse and without thinking i said sure. i thought it would be easy, anything but because the light pine i was using kept splitting on me. i finally got it put together however with it going outside im not sure if i should protect it with a varnish and if i do will the stink ward off any birds? does anyone know what i should do?

i finished this project a couple of years ago and alot of my friends are still asking for one for themselves. The problem with this is i dont like to repeat myself and if i do the repeats are never exactly the same. Anyone else have this problem?

i always wanted to create a large standing clock but add some scroll work to it. Unfortunately it doesnt keep really good time and i am constantly winding it up. it kept me busy all winter though
