    They are really cool! I especially like the astro men. I like making toys and puzzles for children, and do sometimes make them for my grandchildren. I wanted to get into making them to sell (not as a business, but at craft fairs and so on), but the EU laws about safety testing are so prohibitive that I have given up the idea. The worrying thing is that even if something is not sold as a toy, if it is deemed to be attractive to children under the age of 14 then it still needs to be safety tested. :(

    Wow! I guess in a way that is worse than taking coals to Newcastle, but I am willing to bet the folk down there won't have seen anything like his before!

    Brilliant tip! The thing that annoys me about my table is that it has an insert that is possibly a millimetre or two lower than the table, and work gets hung up on it. I tried using a business card, but it wasn't too successful. I am going to give your idea a go.

    I love your farm and animals (and the people too). This is just the sort of thing I would love to make for my Grandson (who hasn't even been born yet - due 4th April). I know someone else asked this too, but I'd love to know what the finish is on them. Chris

    I've made a few simple puzzles and the cat and mouse door topper (Steve Good). These need finishing, but we have visitors arriving today so time is taken up cooking, cleaning and making beds. Love having visitors, but won't get to do much scrolling for the next few days/weeks. :(
