  1. So much for cleaning the shop... 2 more rush oders this weekend
  2. One more Christmas gift to make! I finally got all of my Christmas orders shipped, the last one went out yesterday. Now I need to clean out my shop!!!! It looks like a bomb went off in there!
  3. Delta 40-694 bottom feed
  4. Your correct in that you only need tape on 1 side. For me I have found that even though I using FD scroll reverse blades, I get fewer fuzzies with the blue tape on back. This is really helpfull on puzzles cut on 5.2mm Birch plywood. It is a pain in the neck pealing the blue tape off of the back of each piece.
  5. I sure have! People love it when they get a "deal". I just make sure that they know what and where the flaw is. But I only sell the stuff that have cosmetic flaws. If it is anything serious it goes in the scrap pile.
  6. Finish both seperatly
  7. If you have pipe clamps use 2 on bottom and 1 on top. A little wax paper keeps the clue off of your clamps.
  8. Just ask her home many pairs if shoes and purses she has......
  9. Stick to your price. Sooner or later someone will buy it! I have had things sit in inventory for over a year before someone bought it!
  10. Dick She said that she liked it! I also made here a name "plate" for her desk. I think she liked it more!
  11. If your going to hard pipe it get a big 1. I have a Powermatic with a 55 gal. pre catcher.
  12. I have a Grizzly G0733 and do a lot of turning. I have had for about 2 years now and no problems. 1) My best advice would be to a 1 BIGGER than you think you'll need. 2) Do not go cheap on the lathe it self. 3) To start get PSI tools ( I know I said don't go cheap ). There is a learning curve on shapening you tools. If you mess up a cheap bowl gouge it dosn't hurt as bad as messing up a $100.00 gouge. 4) Get a CBN gringing wheel. They are spendy ( about $200.00). They last a LOT longer than stone wheels, do a better job and a lot safer! 5) Do not get a cheap chuck. I have a Hurricane and love it! About 1/2 the price of the big name brands and have a better warrenity. I hope this helps!! Bill
  13. Dick She is probaly sick of wood gifts! That has been my mode of operation for years! LOL
  14. I know your pain!! I took the end off of my left middle finger about 8 years ago on a router lift. Just hang in there it will get better!!
  15. I have a G0555 band saw and a G0733 lathe. I have never had a major problem with either. I had a small issue with the lathe that was corrected over the phone. I watch there sales and buy when they put what I want on sale.
