  3. A friend from WB forum shared this pattern wiyh me. It was designed by Jeff Zaffino and thanks to both of them. Used 1/4" BB ply 11x14. About 2 dozen FD rs 2/0 blades and 55 hours latter here it is.

  5. You can also use a magnetic card that way you don't have the sticky stuff from the tape on your saw table.

  7. I stacked cut 4 of these at one time. I found that stacking is the way to go when doing real thin cutting. Sold one over the weekend for $ 200. and the lady didn't even try to beat me up on the price. Thanks for all of the kind words and encouragement. John

  9. Made the pattern and cut this out 1/4" BB and made frame out of select pine with light cherry stain. John
  10. Just finnished this one today. I have about 20 hours of cut time in it had fun doing it. Cut out of 1/4" BB used FD rev. spiral # 1 and 2/0 blades. The frame is made out of some 50 year old cow pen wood.
  11. I'm to addicted to saw dust to take to long of a break. If I stay away from my saw to long I get the jitters real bad. John
