A friend from WB forum shared this pattern wiyh me. It was designed by Jeff Zaffino and thanks to both of them. Used 1/4" BB ply 11x14. About 2 dozen FD rs 2/0 blades and 55 hours latter here it is.
I stacked cut 4 of these at one time. I found that stacking is the way to go when doing real thin cutting. Sold one over the weekend for $ 200. and the lady didn't even try to beat me up on the price.
Thanks for all of the kind words and encouragement. John
Just finnished this one today. I have about 20 hours of cut time in it had fun doing it. Cut out of 1/4" BB used FD rev. spiral # 1 and 2/0 blades. The frame is made out of some 50 year old cow pen wood.
