Thanks everyone for the kind words, and yes I did just start scroll sawing about 1 year ago with the help of my boyfriend, I know I am very slow with my cutting but I like to take my time and get it right the first time, with this hobby there is no fixing a mistake, with the wood is cut wrong the whole project is scrapped to the dumpster, thanks again for the kind words and remember fellow scroll saw friends keep the blade moving...
  4. OK this took me way longer then I had expected but it is worth it when the last cut was made and it all stayed together, way more difficult then I thought, but it is done now on to something else in my to do list.. Gian

  6. This is a pattern of Larry the Cable Guy that I did last week and just got it in the frame today, wish I could do away with all the dust in the work area, so it would not show up on the finished product. Gina

    this was a tough patten to cut but well worth the extra time it took, glad I stacked them 3 deep because I wont be doing this one every again.. lol.. Gina

    Thanks everyone for the kind words,as for going to the bank that is not going to happen, just doing this scroll sawing to have a hobbie. this first craft fair is just to get a feel for what people like and what they might want to buy. going to sell most of the items at a flat rate of $20. not in this to get rich, just to have fun...     It is done in 1/4 in burch, we cut 3 nailed togeather then put each one in a different frame, Gina

    this was a joint project,I started cutting it and then my boyfiend {garywc1963} who is also a member on this site, did some cutting this went on back and forth till it was done, tag team work lol....thanks for looking at our latest project... Gina
  22. need help I would like to make a plaque that is suitable for a library, My hometime library helps me so much when it comes to enlarging patterns that I wanted to make something to give them, the Libraryian said she had to OK the pattern before it could be put in the library, any help would be greatly appreciated...Gina
