I finished a pattern I designed and cut out my first project. It is the word HAPPY italic perpetua font in a 5 inch circle in 1/4 inch oak for my momsapartmentt door. Turned out great. My Delta saw has about 2MM for-aft blade movement but I managed. I guess that is the way these type 2 Delta and Dewalt saws cut. Any help on cutting and compensating that goes with it would be most welcome.
Getting my feet wet. I could post the happy pattern if someone was interested.
