Tony, I set them so it is just a hair inside..if it sits back any at all it will bend the blade ends, so absolute flush or just a hair inside should work.......My two cents worth...works on my saw.

Painters tape on the wood has caused less problems for me than packing tape...Just my two cents.

I have found that 4 to 5 days works....After 4 or 5 days it is gone !

I now use Masking Tape before glue

I have gone back to painters tape....I now use the green frog tape from HD , the green has a little less adhesive and is easier to remove...Steve.
