    The plan for these Hot Rods come from Toy making plans........You can make a lot of these guys from a 2 x 4...I get my wheels and axle pegs from Craftparts.com....The kids love them in the bright colors.......Thanks for looking...Steve.

    Brian, I did bevel around the eyes with a small sanding drum to soften the edges.....do not have a router at the moment.

    This was in the latest( spring 2019, issue 74) SSW&C mag...Pattern by Al Baggetta. I cut this from 3/4 African Mahogany...finished with a 50/50 mix Blo and MS and some wipe on poly....I love the wood ,which was given to me by my brother in law ......The wood had been in storage for many years and is very hard.......I plan on doing several of these as gifts .... This one will be going to Fla. to the inlaws that gave me many board feet of the beautiful wood !.......Hope you like it , comments welcome, Steve.
