    Thanks for the warm welcome and I'm sure it's gonna be fun here. I haven't picked out a saw yet, but have reading lots of reviews that should help with my selection. I always believe in buying the best you can afford as my workshop will show. I'm considering the Delta 40-694 which apparently is very similar to the Dewalt 788. If anyone would care to give their 2 cents on these, I'd like to hear it.

    Hi everyone in scrolling nirvana. Just retired last January from the phone company, and can finally play with all my hobbies. I have been doing woodworking, stained glass, pen turning and different types of jewelry on the lathe. So scroll work is very interesting to me as related to sign making. I look forward to making some new friends here and learning lots of techniques to boot. Profile is coming.
