Thanks. The fan blade is only half a centimeter thick & made of MDF.I used a #0 skip tooth blade & it was really easy to cut.

What kind of music do you listen to while scrolling?

I start off listening to Frank Zappa & then switch to Korn,Primus,Limp Bizkit,Suicidal Tendencies,Slayer or what ever C.D. I have out in the garage to annoy my neighbors. -
New to the art of scroll sawing,I traded my old ruttman mini bike for a older Mastercraft 16" two speed scroll saw. Here's some pictures of what I have done with wood since getting into scroll sawing.
