What a Fantastic project.....and a very handsome bunch to boot. . Each Christmas eve I play Santa for my friends daughters two children. The boy whom is 8 years old,when on my lap asked if the elves make any carpentry toys. After seeing this post,I think Santa will have some next year....Once again Hats off to you fine gents.

Hi Brenda,what I use us a 2 inch foam brush and a 1 inch bristle brush for insides.But I think the secret is that I sand them with 320 grit paper.also I give them 2 coats with a quick rub with 320 between coats.

I have been making these personalized Christmas bells for the last seven years or so.I make them from1/8th birch ply,paint them white and spray them with glitter.sell at flea narket,local buy and sell and word of mouth for $5 each.Each year I figure sales will die off but people love their names...this year I made and sold 236 bells.

I have an old chest of drawers here also.I got a couple of trivets from one drawer so far..After Christmas,going to rip the rest of them apart... Its gold to us for sure ..

Dynamite work as always Dave..yes its wedding time for sure.I just finished three and three to go.the heart one Is a guest book tree.each guest signs a heart.20 by24..approx 200 hearts.the 2nbd is wedding plaque I make a lot.
