  1. I had the same problem, I turned the cupped side up and held it over my wood heater in my shop for 3-4 minutes and let sit on my workbench with cup side down and it straightened out. You might have to repeat the heating process a couple of times.

  3. Thanks everyone for the welcome and the encouragment. I am looking forward to learning and sharing information with such a friendly group of people! Also I have to thank Steve Good for his free patterns on his website where I got the tissue box and Christmas ornaments patterns from.
  4. I joined SCV about a week ago and already learned alot! I am 51 years old and live in the Northeast corner of Mississippi. I work as a Forest Ranger-Wildland Firefighter. I'm new to scroll sawing having bought a older rbi hawk 214 from my friend around Christmas, and have been sawing something every day since then! I know I have alot to learn and this seems like a nice place to find the answers to my questions. Here are a few of my projects I have completed.
