  1. I have a delta which is as far as I can see is the same as dewalt only cheaper.
  2. Made a project and finished it with water based varnish and want to ad a stencil if possible. Has anyone done this? Also wondering if you know a good source for stencils.
  3. blue tape works for me
  4. I was wondering what others had used as finish for wooden coasters that makes a good water proof finish.
  5. This is one reason why I use my bandsaw, and jointer over the table saw, not as messy either.
  6. Why do your ear ring patterns only show a black screen? Unable to view.

Those are pretty old patterns and may have have been lost during the software migration.  I have to dig through my old patterns to see if I can find them again.

Thanks, had figured something wasn't right.

  7. I can't wear these type because I have a narrow nose and they don't seal around my nose, and they still leak and fog my glasses. I use a 3m half mask.
  8. If your glasses are fogging your mask is not sealing.
  9. Does anyone know a good source for Baltic birch plywood at a reasonable price.
  10. Do you dip your parts in the oil? How long does it take to dry. I have used tung oil on lathe projects, and it seems to take a long time to dry. I use pure tung oil, not diluted.
  11. What is a good finish for puzzle parts, the wood is maple, and the parts are larger, cut from 1/2 inch stock.
  12. I have done that, but have more of the information I was looking for in my posted question, Thank You.
  13. Thanks for the info. I have heard of the free standing puzzle, but don't know what it is. Could you explain that for me?
  14. I have the puzzle blade, and tested it on 1/4 inch and didn't do very well. I switched to some birch plywood that is 3/16 and did good, but I slowed the blade speed down as well, so maybe that made the difference. I like the 1/4 inch so will try again.
  15. When making puzzles, what materiel do most people use, and what is a good blade to use?
