  7. Thanks all
  8. Youngest nephew getting married so wanted to make something different for him and his fiancee. Combined two Sheila Landry patterns for this. Also August busy month for anniversaries, 2 - 45 years (one for my brother) and a 40 year for my oldest friend where I was best man. So I made these Steve Good hearts.
  9. Nice job on both. Love the wolf!
  10. I can not add too much to what already has been said, but I agree that aspen is the ticket for white in intarsia projects. I usually finished my projects with two coats of a satin spray. Quick and easy, but not in the basement, garage only. Project looks great!
  11. At Paul's insistence, here are my top ten Fret projects:
  12. Thanks all for the great comments. Paul, I just couldn't figure out how to add pics to a PM but did figure out the gallery that is why I put the pics there, did not want to flood bragging rights lol

  14. Saw this and had to cut it.
  15. Great stuff. Also loved your your Facebook page. Too bad you ventured to the "Dark Side" hahaha!
  16. Funny story. Last May the wife said she wanted 30 puzzles and would not tell me what for. So being good husband and crazy scrollsawer ended up with around 45. I work at local landfill and salvaged most of the wood from old furniture (mainly laminated maple). She gave puzzles away to guests at MY surprise 60th birthday and they were thrilled. I normally sell them for 15 to 25 dollars each, so not too thrilled with sudden reduction in inventory but everybody sure liked their gifts hahaha.
  17. Once again your patience and skill amazes me. Showed the wife and she said "wow", that about sums it up. Great work again.
