The pattern is by Casey Jourdan, I made this Saturday before I decided the second saw had to go back. I made this for one of the cashiers at our local Albies, anyway I've decided to give these away to anyone I know who is a survivor and if and when I get a new saw I'm gonna try and make a bunch and donate them to our our local cancer center

Okay I made the decision to try the Dewalt if this saw does not stand up to the work I put it through I will not be getting another saw until I can afford the Excalibur, with that said I might just get back into wood turning lol. Jerry

If I get on anything I just spray a little mineral spirits and wipe off with a clean towel. Jerry

I cut my 3/4" puzzles our of pine slow and steady take a little longer cutting but you'll get it done. I don't think I would try it in hard woods. If you want it to look like hard wood just stain and clear coat. Jerry

Okay here's the deal I got a new saw on Friday and ended up taking it back on Sunday, it started vibrating and making a sound like metal to metal I'm not sure if I got the only two saw that were bad but I'm not gonna get another delta. I think being the same as the Dewalt I'm not even sure if I would want one of those either, does this company take all there unusable parts and put them in the Delta I'm not sure but it does seem like it anyway just venting not sure when I'll get another saw kinda disappointed after feeling so good about getting back into it.

It's the same manufacturer ad Dewalt. Anyway took it back money was emediatly put back on the card, came went online ordered another one and it said order in the next 48 minutes and I'll have it by Friday gotta love it. Jerry

I'm just gonna take it back to home depot and let them take care of it. I've only had for around a month so not that old but has seen lots of use. Jerry
