I recently purchased this saw in the U S, same model number called King Industrial Professional scroll saw instead of the Excelsior. For $899.99 at Woodcraft store in the Phoenix area. I have owned a EX 21 Excalibur for over 10 years, and this is the exact same saw except the 30 inch model. So all of you scrollers out there that were looking to get a Excalibur saw before they became unavailable you can now do so for a much better price than General International was offering them for. I believe that the EX 30 was selling for about $1250.00 before they sold the rights to manufacture them to King Canada. But there is some marketing agreement in place to not offer the XL 21/100 here the in the States it is only available in Canada. I would be happy to answer any questions one might have about the saw. It is not a clone of the ex 30, it is the EX 30, with a new name.
