  11. If you are making 'hand-made' clocks (or anything) do you want it to look perfect (like production run) or do you want individuality. 'Slight' variations between piece and backer shows that it is hand-made and should not matter to those people buying it. Just my opinion, take it or leave it. Beautiful work by the way. Dick

  13. most carpenters glue will not stand up outside. gorilla glue makes one that you can use outside. make sure you read the label. screws from the backside does give a bit of security.
  14. at least you are doing something about dust control. if you don't like the green tape, you could always use the blue.lol
  15. I don't know if you have a bolt and nut supply store in your area but that might be a place to start. Also try an automotive parts store. Just a thought.
