Top cross white middle red and bottom black. I'm leaving the backer the way it is

Believe it or not, it's 1/4" birch ply. I got 2 pieces that were white on the front and red oak looking on the back

I've had this saw just under 2 years. Very smooth running saw with little to no vibration. Could use more table space in front of the blade. I liked the DeWalt for that reason, but this saw can be tuned for almost zero back to front blade deflection. I've probably got over 250 hours on it and it is still purring like a kitten.

Amazing work. Big fan of the framing. It draws your eyes to the subject.

Edges aren't rounded, just the shadow from the brown chair. I lightly burned along the grain. I was trying to get somewhat of trees in the background of the open area

Good to hear you are fine. I had to stop for a few months with chemo side effects. Still having them but had to get back on the saw. I hope you get back to what you were cause I'm not even close.
