So the train is 21 piece , if the young child doesnt know front from back that's 42 pieces. That's too many pieces for a young child.

I scrolled out the train puzzle from the scroll saw woodworking & crafts book from the winter addition for my grandkids. I want to leave the front of the puzzle natural wood. How would they know the front from the back. It's 21 Pieces so I would want them to know what Is front otherwise it's like 42 pieces If I paint the back, they may think that is the front. Thanks Jim

I made a box around svg. clicked object- ungroup . This didnt form any more boxes within the svg.

I went to Layer -duplicate current layer. Set aside top layer, Select the svg -that gets a box around the svg. go to Object -ungroup ..when i hold down shift it makes a box. Em I missing something. OK I just fugured something out This will not make the project any thicker between the inside and out side of the circle?? What I want to fugure out is to remove the top eyelet piece and after i fix the main part then put a larger eyelet piece back on. Jim

Yes Don . but i tryed to do what you had said. first ungroup object ungroup then create a square over circle and then the ornament. path.union. and it didnt work for me. I also saved it as a svg as someone said i should. I want to be able to know how to fix this for future projects thanks. Jim

I want to remove the eyelet design from the top.( Then I would make the circle beefyer.( thicker ) because between the inside and out side of the circle is too fragile.) I do know how to make the circle a little beefyer . but then I need to resize the eyelet and put it back on.

Ok .I saved it as a svg , now I need to know how to remove that top design? Jim

If I saved it as a svg can I remove that top design and then make the circle larger and then resize the top design and put it back on?

I need help with a PDF to remove something from it. I know how to make this circle thicker and than add the piece back ( making it larger. Deer20190214.pdf
