Thank you! I found the pattern on Etsy from AlexFoxUA : https://www.etsy.com/listing/609845260/046-pegas-scroll-saw-pattern-pdf-jpg-dxf?transaction_id=2223010540 My daughter modified the pattern to make the legs less furry. And she added a little detail to the tail.

It is just a molding from Lowes that is about 3/4" wide (Item #161622 Model #40-8WHW). I got the idea from someone on Youtube that does this. I have tried to find the video again but can't seem to find it. Maybe someone here posted the video? Here is a view from the side:
