    Great article. I have watched and read many articles on blades. Many people have suggested the reverse tooth blade and I have purchased a dozen of a few of these blades. But you are the only one who suggested buying 4 dozen of the #3 blades and 2 dozen of the #5 blades to start out with. I knew that I will be breaking blades but I had no idea of how many I may be going through. Thank you so much for the info.

    I'm so new to using a scroll saw that I haven't cut my first piece yet! I purchased a Wen 3921 to start out with, it seems like a decent machine, but I won't know until I try it. In the mean time while looking on Market place I found a Dewalt DW788 for only $75. Now I have 2 saws and still haven't cut my first piece! LOL
