  1. Thank you very much. I solved the problem by adjusting the motor. Thank you for your support.
  2. Hi everyone, I adjusted the height to 7 cm from each end (as in the first pic.). But the lower arm in the second pic is still hitting the underside of the table when I start the machine.
  3. Hello everyone, I recently repaired my Excalibur EX-21 scroll saw. At first, the machine was tripping the breaker, but after replacing the fuse and checking the wiring, I managed to fix that issue. The motor now runs fine. However, I am facing a new problem: the lower arm is hitting the underside of the table when the machine operates. It seems like the arm alignment or the eccentric connection might have shifted when I reassembled the motor. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could it be caused by a misaligned eccentric, a loose bearing/bushing, or something else in the linkage system? Any advice or guidance would be really appreciated. Thank you!

  6. Hi! I’m Uncle Craft. I work with woodcraft and construction projects – I build wooden houses, gazebos, saunas, and staircases. Besides construction, I also love sharing my craft online. On YouTube and Kick, I stream creative content where I use a scroll saw machine (fret saw) and show different woodcraft techniques in real time. So, my work is a mix of practical building projects and creative live woodworking content.
  7. There was a problem with the device's card, and I fixed it. Love to those who make empty comments. I'm telling you that the machine isn't getting power and the fuse blew, but you're dismissing it with excuses like “limited information”... Maybe I took you too seriously. The problem is on my end, I apologize.
  8. The reason I put in the foam is for soundproofing; I don't want to disturb my downstairs neighbor.
  9. When I plug the product in, the circuit breaker trips. What could be the reason for this? I replaced the power cables, but the problem persists.
  10. Hello everyone, The tray part of my saw machine vibrates excessively while it is running. How can I prevent this? WhatsApp Video 2025-09-06 at 2.05.18 PM.mp4

  12. Hello, I want to make lamp designs, where can I find such projects, paid or free?
  13. Thank you all for your nice comments, I solved the problem. The current protected socket I was using has 6 socket outlets and only 2 of them have a grounding socket... When I plugged it into a grounded outlet the problem was solved.... funny but true.
  14. Thanks for your nice comments, it gives electricity both when it works with the pedal and when it works directly with the power cable without pedal. That's what I call a mod. So I don't think it has anything to do with the power cord. I also did grounding tests and there is no problem with the sockets. I suspect the motor
  15. thank you for your nice comment and suggestion, when I checked there is no problem...
  16. Hello everyone, the tray of my machine gives electricity, although it does not bother much, sometimes small bumps occur. Does anyone know the cause and solution to this problem? Is your machine like this? I usually experience this when I give power to the machine, I tried the modes with and without pedal, it gives electricity in 2 modes when the tray is running.... Could it be the surface paints? WhatsApp Video 2025-05-16 at 9.20.39 AM.mp4
