Hello everyone,
I recently repaired my Excalibur EX-21 scroll saw. At first, the machine was tripping the breaker, but after replacing the fuse and checking the wiring, I managed to fix that issue. The motor now runs fine.
However, I am facing a new problem: the lower arm is hitting the underside of the table when the machine operates. It seems like the arm alignment or the eccentric connection might have shifted when I reassembled the motor.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could it be caused by a misaligned eccentric, a loose bearing/bushing, or something else in the linkage system? Any advice or guidance would be really appreciated.
Thank you!
