Hello all---thanks for letting me be a part of this forum. I have been scrolling about 12 years now and have an issue with my Dewalt 788 scrollsaw that is giving me alot of grief.
I have disassembled this saw several times and cannot find the sourcce of the problem. The problem is the up and down play and noise . I have tightened all the sleeve bushings and inspected for wear, but they all seem good.
I can reassmble and it is quiet even at the highest setting. Then with the blade pro[erly tensioned---i start cutting and BAM---starts making racket again. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this and if they have suggestions? Dewalt website is great for parts, but that is about it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
