  1. Hello Everyone! This is my first Segmentation. My son is away with his grandparents on Spring Break. My wife is painting his room and I wanted to make him a door plate. I had been sawing for all of 3 days when I decided that. I made a pattern and Got to work. Saturday Monday I realized I didn't have a piece of wood the size I wanted so I used the Cricut tool to tranform it into one of there cutting patterns which was the right size. Tuesday This was interesting day as my shop Air filter came in and a hose to hook up dust collection, Exciting. Wednesday Let's glue and paint and sand. I also realized I needed a backer board. Thursday Glues done. Let's put it up. That looks a little plain let's make clouds. That's better. All done. (Stuck up with wall double sided tape for now...) Materials The Tank is made from a Picket from Home Depot (cheapest wood they had and I wasn't planning on using it to do a lot of those practice patterns.. I only did 2) Clouds are made from I think a 3/4 piece of shelf that came from his room that is no longer needed. Spray paint. Moulding and Trim Titebond. Bag of Walnuts. I found the Pegas to not be as durable for how I cut as the Flying Dutchman. Using Allen wrench to remove blades is not tenable. I'm in the process of switching that out for a knob. I'll post about that when it happens. A bag of walnuts makes for a good weight. Who knew? I got the Sili glue kit with the tray and the brushes. I thought I never use the comb. I used the comb to spread the glue the most...
