  1. This is the easiest scroll saw challenge yet! Post your most recent project. That's it! No theme other than your last project. It'd be fun to see what folks are working on. When you post, tell us why or who you are making it for. It's always nice to hear the story behind a project.
  2. A lot o f scroll saw projects are decorative. Things like wall hanging and shelf sitters. Let's look at the other side, projects that have a purpose. So, this scroll saw challenge is for functional projects. This could be things like clocks, pencil holders, boxes, key holders, key rings, shelves, candle holders, etc. When you post your project, let us know what you use it for. It'll be fun to see what you come up with.
  3. Summer vacations are over. Kids are back in school. And that means back to work, too. So this month's challenge is about the office. Make something for your home office, or your workplace. This can be anything office-like projects: pencil holders, bill organizers, clipboards, headphone stands, trays or organizers, or a nameplate for your desk or wall. Let your imagination run wild. When you post a picture, tell us what you do for a living. If you're retired, tell us what you used to do! Woodworkers come from all walks of life. It'll be fun to see what professions we all have or had.
