Glad tp be back

Ben gone for a couple of weeks. Went on a little trip 4160 miles round trip. Went to the Grand canyon, Zion and Brice canyon. If you have never been there put it on your Bucket list. I wanted to do a little more but the wife wasn't up to it.

I have been to the Grand Canyon and it is spectacular.  Glad you are back and come have a cuppa.. We have to be out of this house in a week so have been working to get every thing that we are taking out. Today we are going to drive the truck to Sis's house to get it unloaded and then come back and load what furniture we can on it and then drive it back over there to unload it and so on. We have a little less than 2 months to get our stuff that we have in the garage out and then we will be gone and Sis and I will be in our own homes. I'm going to set up a shop at her house as there is the one that used to belong to Uncle Dick and it hasn't been used in years so it will need a lot of cleaning and such before I can use it. Will need to get good lighting for it also. Well back to sucking on my coffee and then to get to work on the hall closet and get that tiffany lamp out of Mom's room and such..  See yas    Fay

IKE, i've been to arizona twice and forgot to see the grand canyon, Glad you got to see it!

That is on my bucket list. I'm currently in Birmingham, AL and will be headed to S. Carolina tomorrow. There are so many things to see in this great country of ours.

My memories of the Grand Canyon result from a camping trip in Feb of 1960.  Never again do I want to camp out at -5 degrees.  We also made the mistake of hiking down into the canyon about halfway and that is miserable climb back to the top.

It is an awesome site.
