Al this is a little one for me and its a matter of fact I ran out of tiny bits thats the reason I did this cut today

Steve I do most of my scrolling With a #3 spiral as was this one. I find straight blades take to long spirals are much faster.

Good job Hans very nice pattern. Watched the live chat last night with Charles and Steve and many of you. I have been following Steve since he started. Just cheap plywood 5mm

 Brown shoe polish for a finish and buff it up

Drilling is easy as I have a drill press set up right next to my Scroll saw I have 4 great trivets now so only 2 more for a table setting of 6 Thanks Roly

Yes I did Marg there was 400 holes but I was trying to beat myself in time to see how many holes I could cut in a hour. But I found it was all depends on the size of the hole off course so I had to average it out. Now this was no breaks just start to finish it took 3 hours to cut 400 holes. Very stressful on the eyes say the least.
