Our daughter tried the links to contact our internet provider only to find the links weren't working, We had to call them up......and found out it was a foreign call centre and their English was bad!...................................................Two and a half weeks later we realised they couldn't sort it out due to the fact they were completely useless . Our new provider has a call centre in Scotland and we could understand what they were saying to us and they also could understand what we were saying... ! Plus we have the internet free for one year and after that it will only cost us a third of what the other's wanted YIPPEE!
