  1. Bonjour James I did something similar 3 years ago and I have almost the same near dust collecting on all my equipment! Thanks to my small shop....! Bravo good model ! planeur
  2. So if I understand well the spiral blade does not deviate as the regular blade , and give a better straight cut ? Just buy recently those blades , but did not yet cut so much pieces. Thanks Wichman I will try it. And Jerry I did your tip cutting oversize and sanding after, and I will try it on my future cutting. To small pieces for the bandsaw as for tablesaw. Well, thanks everyone Will come back with my tries! planeur
  3. Yes I know that , but I want to cut very small pieces, to small for the tablesaw, and I want the most precision as possible! Cutting by following a line is ok for me , but I need precision at the .002/3 " and very straight as on the tablesaw. I did that to make some tests, not yet finish planeur
  4. Is that guide exist like on a tablesaw, to cut a piece straight or with an angle ? I am figuring to make one in wood. Any ideas ? Thanks planeur
  5. Very interesting Frank , I will try to not forget this post. Thanks ! planeur

  8. But as I said I am cutting the two round parts top and bottom, if not does work also for me! I am using an excalibur scrollsaw. planeur
  9. Commercial strips ! planeur
  10. I had to sanded some parts , and wheels for my clock, and I remember that I used before that set up, which work perfectly for delicate sanding. Probably you know that kind of sanding, but just in case......! As you see those sanding strip are the same lenght as a blade , and for my machine I have to cut the two round parts. Also I used a larger strip for different grade, as on the photo I cut a bit of the strip so It can get through the hole. Hope it help someone ! planeur
