sawdust1 Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 If you have a pattern how do you change the backround color to one color and the outline to another? I want grey inside and red outline. What do you have to enter the pattern into as a gif-jpeg or other. Also if you scan it in do you have to change anything? Thanks for any help. Bob Quote

Travis Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 This technique will only work for vector graphics (graphics made in Inkscape). You'll have to convert the JPG into a vector format first, then you can change your colors. This tutorial should help: http://www.scrollsawvillage.com/articles.html/_/pattern-making/inkscape/prepare-a-pattern-for-printing-using-inkscape-r22 Gordster and bobscroll 2 Quote
