grosa Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 (edited) Picture 1, I start by drawing a 5†circle and add a handle so it looks like a comma.Picture 2, screw it to the table so it’s tight and it is off center. Picture 3, screw it down so when you pull the handle it pulls the workpiece in the direction you want it to go. The clamp is screwed tight to the table so when you move it, it stays in place. No other clamps are required.Picture 4, use blocks to make sure your joint is square.Picture 5, here is a close up of the joint after it has dried and it has been sanded. This works good if your clamps are not long enough for what you need to clamp or you do not have any clamps. The table clamps should be at least 1/2" the thickness of the stock you are gluing up.
