amazingkevin Posted June 7, 2015 Report Posted June 7, 2015 (edited) It's been a while since i started this ,other things ate up my time from finishing.I ruined 12 or more from the table being out of square.I had no idea why i was messing up,but finally figured it out.More problems are arising as i try to finish. The cheap wood is very fragile and any handling from laymen will burst out words or letters immeadiatly. Now i need to put a stiff paper backer on each and everyone.I detailed filed each one lightly. All cut with a #7 scroll reverse.Because of the thickness a thinner blade will not track good and blow out the ss's in bless. This job and the master key job bough me another dw788 with tons of wood ,an extra light ,which is useless, came with a pipe stand, lots of scrooling books, blades and blade holders, etcNow i have one new dw788's type 1 and a type 2 ,new and the old stand by type 1 i've used for years.can't never have too many dw788's.God forbid they quit making them.lol.These took as long to cut as the large master key ,half hour each, but the God bless ones were stack cut 4 at a time.I'll post pictures of the rest of the deal soon ,not today.
