Son Following in my footsteps

While my son was growing up and living at home he never liked doing anything that I was doing. Now he has moved out of the house and now living in Michigan, he has gotten into Scrolling and doing intarsia. 

Attached are his 2 first pieces of intarsia.

I'm flabbergasted at the creativity here.What a beautiful piece of work.I'd love to see that on my wall to rev up my want to  scroll everyday.You taught him good!!!!! :) :) :)

Great art!  Beautifully done.  I don't think my kids are even interested in the tools I've accumulated over the years.  You certainly have something to be proud about.  Not saying I am not very proud of my kids, but they just don't have time now in their lives to do hobbies.

Well Brian the duck is very nice ( I could no make it that good ) BUT the woodworking tools clock is awesome. He is certainly a chip off the old block.
