rjR Posted July 19, 2015 Report Posted July 19, 2015 (edited) I have been working on the dismantle then the re-assembly of this little monster for about the last 6 months! It had been totally apart to get the new coat! Is now a powder coated medium grey and looks great! It started with it needing an engine to be able to trust it farther from the road than you could get a pickup. When we finally found an engine the real trouble began! Not good enough to just put the engine in! Now it had to get pretty! I (grandpa) was "doing nothing-anyway" so I was "volunteered--Russian system) for the main part of the work! Running yesterday-- actually doing a little work today! Had a few minor adjustments and all those little things that always happen. Anyway-- pretty soon back to sawdust! I have a "name train" to make for great grandson for Christmas among other things to do! The picture is me today working it a little.
