Landlady sold the house

Might want to think of one of those tiny homes Kevin.  I have been seeing them crop up all over the place.  The smallest I saw was just over 200 square feet but most are in the 400 - 650 sq. foot range and do not cost much to own.  Anyway Kevin my thoughts and prayers are with you and should I will the lotto soon... be expecting company... I hate snow

You have no idea how hard i'm going to pray for snow,snow,snow.DW the tools i have are a woodworkers dream.I just don't have any room to set them all up and make real saw dust or bowls ,help help! Come on down ,The waters fine.I came here from wisc.in DEC 25, 1963 and went swimming in the ocean.Nobody here was in the water,lol my blood was thick from living in snowball land 12 years.You'll do the same.Always warm here,flip flops an shorts an t-shirt weather.

Had a thought Kevin.  Should the lotto thing fall through.  If you were able to get a used trailer home you could easily live in one half and use the other half as a workshop.  Then all you would have would be lot rent and utilities and food and such.  Just a thought that came to me last night.
