I am wanting to make a board puzzle with a child's name. I would think the letters should not fit real tight so the letters are easy to put in. Do you have any recommendation how I should do this or what type of blade to use? Thanks, dave

If it's for children very young use a #12 blade so they don't struggle fitting the pieces in ,Maybe even bevel the bottoms of each piece so the basically fall right in

If you are used to cutting with a spiral blade, the kerf will already be larger than

cutting with a straight blade. The spirals take a little practice though from my

personal trials. Hopefully you are better with them than I am.

God Bless! Spirithorse
