So copyrights are not an issue, since the only copies will be theirs. I have tried my best with Inkscape and Gimp and can't even get close. Here are two versions of the same thing that I was given to work with - a PDF and a JPG. Is this even possible?? Thanks in advance for any and all efforts and help! Also any suggestions are welcome.
