They Coyote Stencil Shop produces mediocre results IMO. Some folks are able to pull good patterns from it, but I find it a bit clunky. As Clayton said, check out the GIMP class in the Village University. You'll have a lot more flexibility, control and get better results. The class and software is free. I think in the end, you'll like what you get much better.

I have both Coyetes and Gimp and if it wasn't for the fact that I had bought it before finding out about Gimp. I wouldn't have bought it. I only use that one now for intarsia patterns and my mom uses it to make sewing patterns, and that's only because I bought it and no need to let it go to waste. I agree with Clayton and Travis, once you get familiar with Gimp and even Inkscape also, you'll find that you can do just about anything with them and they are actually easier to learn, especially with the tutors Travis done. Hope this helps. In my opinion, I wouldn't waste your money on that program. Use the money to by maybe some more wood or even maybe a tablet or something....:)
