Jim Finn Posted April 24, 2016 Report Posted April 24, 2016 (edited) I decided to upgrade my nuts bolts and screws drawers. I wanted rounded bottoms so that there were no corners for screws to get stuck in, I took two 2x4's and two 2x6's clamped them together and drilled where they met using a 2 1/8" forsner bit. One of five drawers I did this to, is pictured here but I did not take a photo of the garbage can full of wood chips generated by this. Edited April 25, 2016 by Jim Finn leshko and New Guy 2 Quote

Ron Johnson Posted April 25, 2016 Report Posted April 25, 2016 Great idea Jim. Well done. Time consuming organizing but comes a time it needs to be done. At the end you'll be glad you've done this. Quote
Phantom Scroller Posted April 25, 2016 Report Posted April 25, 2016 Jim I know about dam screws in the corners that's a great idea to solve the issue. Roly Quote
